This is hands down one of the best value knives I've ever tested.
The knife is relatively thin behind the edge with a slight hollow grind on the blade road. Made with a pre-laminated VG10 damascus billet, it manages to provide a layered aesthetic without costing a crazy amount.

The 180 mm blade length is good for small kitchens and those who prefer smaller knives in general.
VG10 steel is regarded in Japan as a standard good quality steel. When heat treated correctly, it makes for a blade with steel that comfortably ticks all of the boxes for all-around use.
In terms of fit & finish, the handle contours well to a small to medium hand. Though the spine and choil are a bit sharp, they can be eased for comfort with a pinch grip for an additional fee.
As with all the knives I sell, free final sharpening is included in the price. Factory edges tend to be chippy or rough, so I fix that issue and fine tune the edge based on the knife geometry and intended use. If you have a specific use or grit in mind, send me a message after making your purchase.
